wow! pedro jv and arcadia 1 flag! exciting because theyre a bit of the underdogs here..but arcadia could definitely do well given their routine if they were much cleaner and sharper i think. and pedro jv!! cant wait. to see if carson's routine is gona be different at all for a win. bishop continually does well.

I'm hoping carson has a new routine, too!! They're talented girls and deserve a WHOLE new routine for their comeback year!

And Bishop, they are doing so well! I've been watching them for awhile now and they just get better and bettery!

theres no way bishop or any other team can place low with THAT many supporters for SHARP competitions. because of something called SPIRIT points. they get extra points for each supporter that signs under their name when BUYING a ticket + all the drill downs and toe touches. bishop seemed to figure this out before everyone through the years. they ARE good, getting better, but who really knows the real placements if it werent for all the spirit points.

Anonymous said...

i don't think the spirit points you're talking about count for those ladies placements in their 1 and 2 flag performances. i think that it went to that big trophy at the end, which carson streetdance received as well.

Anonymous said...

also, bishop didn't do any drill downs or toe touches nor did any of their supporters. and if it were to affect the placements for 1 and 2 flag, carson should've had it in the bag with their CSD supporters.

Anonymous said...

street dance teams or supporters cant do the drill downs/kicks/toe touches for the short flags teams. it'd all be on the team members per category. so CSD couldnt do it for flaggies' to put it in the bag for them..so the big 'spirit' trophy at the end is basically whoever made the most money for sharp via supporters/drill downs

Anonymous said...

Instead of arguing, I sugguested you go and talk to sharp about it!!!!Then, we will all know who the REAL winners should be!!!

Anonymous said...

i didn't imply that CSD would have done the drilldowns/toe touches for them. i was saying that spirit points were given to the various schools who would cheer for other schools and had the most supporters. carson flaggies and streetdance go hand in hand and they both had many supporters yesterday and CSD cheered on everyone. but i suppose, that's why CSD got grand champions.

in carson one flag
the split ripple looked nice
but i saw it before

Anonymous said...

I've seen the split ripple on youtube. I believe it was Arcadia. I remember this ripple looking nicer when Arcadia first did it.

Anonymous said...

yes it is arcadia's move, made by their coach.

Anonymous said...

it does look much better when arcadia does it.

Anonymous said...

wow, that is so not arcadia's move. you WISH that carson would 'borrow' something from them.

Anonymous said...

stop arguing and just shut up! neither both of the teams are not the real OGs of this move....infact little girls from middle school drill teams have done it before and the ripples look way better and sharper, how embarrasing is that?

Anonymous said...

carson's split ripple move was in carson's drill team a long long long time ago

Anonymous said...

Carson's split wave was done at Carson in 1997 it was the drill team that did it. So get over it

OHMYGAAHH! this is a shortflag site right.. why are we talking about streetdance?
