god i keep on comparing channels regionals performance to their ms drill exhibition and theyve improved SO MCUH! i remember everyone doubted them in the beginning even to say that they wouldnt be in the top 3. u ladies defenitely showed everyone!! never doubt a team in the beginning cause they just might come back 10 times stronger. exactly what channel did.. fuk all the critism!! teams for next year-dont take what ppl say on here to the head, use it to your advantage and work your butts off!!!

congrats to the girls of channel on all your well deserved championships!

every short flags team are great....some are just more well taught than others...n some are not experienced enough..... they twirl to have fun...so dont hate or put down other teams....they all have a unique style... Those girls n guys twirl because they love to twirl... keep ur negative comments to urself... if ur angry that ur team lost to another team.. why not help them out for next year??? at least ur doing something with ur life..

why do girls twirl flags for? is it for fun? enjoyment? competition? why? i dont understand why a blog can turn its users into monsters and talk smack about teams that work exceptionally hard. everyone do me a favor, unless you have something constructive and postive to say, please say it. otherwise take your wanna be expert, wanna be flag twirling ass and shove it!

Not to be critical, but people say hear what they won’t say at competitions because its un sportsmen like to conduct themselves that way. No one really wants their team to be hated by another team. So they use this place as a vent to say how they really feel. Honestly I want to choke some girls I see at competition (those stuck up bitches) but once more that only hurts a team’s reputation. Besides it’s not like people who are twirling post here, anyone who is confident in their team anyways. Just don’t take it to heart.

honestly, i want to HIT you with my 6 flags. dont take it up the ass. it's a joke.

i think if more schools developed there own style of twirling instead of copying each others moves, this sport would be more intense and channel would not be winning every year.

I think no matter what other schools do
channel islands will always
Reclaim their throne:)

thats b/c channel islands will do anything to win... anything.

anything as in practicing harder or what? what's the secret?

Anonymous said...

obviously it showed, i heard they train hard

Anonymous said...

Not trying to be cocky or anything but Channel does train hard. They have so many freakin rules. N i mean many rules. If they see someone holding a flag and their not trying out... they punish the girls. My friend who tried out n made the team has bruises on her leg. Its crazy. They make u hold positions for a long time n if u mess up they make u do it all over again. Crazy. I guess thats what it takes to win.

narbonne trains pretty hard too... well at least in my sister's year. they made them do the routine and they count how many times they messed up (including drops, fumbles, etc.) and they made them run that many times around the WHOLE school.

channel islands always has bruises. they should start hiding them with stockings like narbonne does

I think every team practices really hard. Holding ready positions and etc. should be essential to every practice, they practice hard to clean up routines! practice eqauls perfection. Look at LBP 2008 i bet they worked there ass off holding all of there angles! and just look at both routines there angles looked so clean and hard!

Good routines

Channel Islands 2008 routine was Great but didnt execute it. The tricks and music is amazing. I mean the 2008 music is really catchy and good. I like the tempo and rhythm of the music.
