Narbonne PLEASE let me choreograph for you!! It’s about time you be at the top and bring back the national title. It’s been soooooooo long. Our gym could definitely use that banner.

Looks like most of the schools are opting out of USA Nationals. Kind of sad that they’re not doing anything to bring all the schools back.

to the person who said that "the routines are either sloppy/busy this year or boring," lighten up!!!!!

To the gaucho alumni, SAME!!!! i would love to choreo for them and take some of narbonnes traditional moves and add some more spice to them. What happened to Narbonne. First of all they are only using their practice flags for comps. And they were only competing with four girls. It would be nice if we could see them with at least six girls at at a comp some day....... however, GO NARBONNE!

From my understanding, people are not trying out for the sport. My niece attended all four years there and said no one is interested. That’s probably because they are not as good as they use to be. I’m TRYING to change that. When I attended Narbonne 2001-2005 all of our extra caricular activities were un touchable. I feel like they don’t have the right people in place to re build this team. No shade or anything to the alumni’s that are helping; however, they need alumni’s from back in my day and before to help out and recruit a little better.I have SEVERAL routines in place for this team that I know will bring them a national championship. I’ve mastered the art of twirl and I also have GREAT connects that can help with cardio training, stunting, flexibility, etc. I would go to another school but my loyalty is with SFC. So until they give me the ok. It will all be just a dream lol but no matter how they score, they will always be the best team in my book. They just need the right resources.

YOU GO GIRL(or dude lol)!!! That is honestly the best thing i have heard as of lately and same as well, i have also mastered twirling (Narbonne style, that is) and i honestly think that youre right. They need people like you and I who are willing to devote time and make the crew better. Unfortunately I am useless because I no longer live in the area, but i found connections with the team. I would start by contacting the captain, if you search up #pepflags on instagram, youre bound to run into her through her posts. Then she also has some of the current alumni involved in her posts tagged. From what i know narbonne likes to keep tradition flowing (body rolls, the killer technique, and just certain styles) that SFC will never let go of. But never say never. All i have to say is THANK YOU AND THANK GOD we have you to help Narbonne. Can you believe its been 20 years since theyve taken A national title?!!!!! I know theyve had some close calls but didnt make it. In 2014 they couldve taken it easily, they beat channel islands and carson at nationals, but lost to morse. And that same year they beat bishop montgomery at nationals, but lost to them at mddt. In 2016 the videos posted by RENFX on youtube didnt give their routine that much credit. 2 Flag 2016 was honestly one of the best routines ive seen from Narbonne. But channel islands had double the size of the team and ended up winning (not because of the size, no shade to CI at all, but they had more support and the option to do more). Now if it had been an even team size, i feel as if Narbonne would for sure have had it! That year unfortunately ended That team because I think at least 4 out of 5 were seniors that year. But their strength and twirl ability was so strong. I'm just ramblng on now hahaha but good luck to you and good luck to the SFC Fam. <3

Yeah 2016 was a pretty good routine for them. Yes you are correct Narbonne likes to stick to their tradition and style. Nothing wrong with that. I have came up with twirls tricks and tosses and revamped current tricks that has their style written all over it and they are the ONLY team That can pull it off. I can even mix the music professionally myself. Introducing something comepletly different into the division. I’ll try searching the caption on Instagram. I reached out to an alumni that I attended high school with. Maybe I’ll reach out to her again and see what happens. I’m a dude btw lol

Sorry, I'm a dude as well. I love how co ed this sport is becoming though. There are several alumni who are still rooted within and contacting them would probably be easier because they can help you get into coaching. However I can't share mine nor their information over this forum because it's public. Do you happen to be the author of this blog? I think i might know who you are Ren? Idk hahaha However Narbonne hasn't won nationals since 1999. Please help them ( i think this season its already too late) :( but next season it will be twenty years since SFC took home a USA championship. Perfect timing right?

You are correct that is perfect timing. Entering a new era lol its ok about sharing your information I’ll share mine and maybe you can pass it along dtgotsoul@aol.com. I would look them up on instagram but I’m probably the only person in the world that’s not into social media like that lol No I am not the owner of this blog and I am not REN lol
